Split is looking for a detail-oriented team player to help facilitate all aspects of front of the house operations. This includes partnering with the managers to efficiently process customer purchases, assist with catering set-up, delivery, and clearing tables as well as other daily tasks.

* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
* Strong culinary and restaurant operations knowledge
* Experience in building, training, & leading a team
* Flexibility in schedule and adapting to new systems and protocols

* Impeccable eye for detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in PC/POS/Ordering/Inventory/HR/Scheduling
* High school degree or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in restaurant management, culinary school, or hospitality preferred)
* Bilingual skills a plus
